What is NAD⁺?

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD⁺) is a coenzyme found in all living cells and is essential for energy creation, DNA repair and healthy cell function. In addition, sirtuins (proteins and genes in the human body which regulate metabolism and gene health) also require NAD⁺ to function. NAD⁺ evels decline in the human body with age which affects cell function and metabolism and is associated with many age-related conditions. What is NMN?

Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN), is a derivative of the Vitamin B3 and a precursor of NAD⁺. It support healthy ageing by boosting NAD⁺ levels.

Natural sources of NMN

NMN is naturally present in very small amounts in various food sources but a person needs to consume a tremendous amount of food to obtain just 200mg of NMN.
